Get your young ones out having fun on the course with our Junior Academy, available for 4 to 15 year olds, with lessons in term time and school holidays. We monitor juniors’ progress as they work with us, instilling in them the skills they need to play confidently with the aim of getting them out on the course as soon as possible. We are part of the Golf Foundation programme, so also teach children the values and benefits of playing golf, that continue throughout their lif
Running in school term time, our classes are open to all abilities, where children work through colour coded levels. Our aim with these classes is to get every young golfer able to play on the course in a timely manner, with the help of our golf pros.
Our full-day and half-day camps are run during school holidays, and help juniors develop their skills through playing games and practicing on the course. Separated by ability level, we run Birdie and Eagle Camps with more time to play, so young golfers get a more realistic idea of what practicing and playing professionally is like.
This is a half-day camp, running from 9am to 12pm, and is perfect for less experienced golfers who need to develop foundational skills. We do this by playing games that introduce juniors to the basics, so they can practice before moving up to Eagle Camp.
This is a full-day camp, running from 9am to 4pm, for children who have mastered the basics and need help to make the jump to playing. In the morning, they play games to refine their skills, and in the afternoons, the focus is on putting these into practice.

“My son’s confidence has come on leaps and bounds since enrolling him in the Junior Academy here. His enjoyment has increased too as he is able to play alongside children of similar abilities.” – FH
